Job summary

Propelis Group’s Collide division is seeking a Printing Press Operator to operate assigned presses and produce printed sheets on a variety of materials according to job tickets. The role emphasizes safety, quality checks, and adherence to production schedules.

You will work 3rd shift, 5:30pm–4:00am, Monday–Thursday, with opportunities to cross-train across stations, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• No previous print operation experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
• Strong analytical, planning, budgeting and project management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to analyze and reason.

Responsibilities

• Produces printed sheets per production order.
• Performs quality checks and maintains required paperwork.
• Directs press assistant to meet production schedule.
• Operates equipment safely per safety programs and procedures.
• Monitors quality points and records data.
• Reports issues to supervisor and supports cross-training.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment as scheduled.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
