Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Printing Press Operator Trainee for the 3rd shift in the White Bluff area. You will support wide-web and narrow-web processes, operate and set up presses, monitor ink levels, and assist with plate and sleeve handling to ensure quality print runs.

The role requires basic mechanical aptitude, physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs, and the ability to stand for long periods. Compliance with GMP and safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to distinguish color variations and read measurements.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math and tools understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support wide/narrow web processes and ensure job specs are met.
• Set up and operate designated press equipment and monitor ink levels.
• Prepare materials, inspect plates and sleeves, and assist with splicing and loading.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow safety and GMP guidelines.
