Job summary

American Plastics, LLC is seeking a Production Operator to participate in the manufacturing, inspection and packaging of products. You will work on days or nights on a rotating schedule and help ensure quality, efficiency, and safety.

Pay is up to $21.00/hour on days and $22.00/hour on nights with perfect attendance; 3-day weekends occur due to a 2-on/2-off/3-on schedule. Benefits include health coverage, 401K, vacation, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs (80 lbs team lift).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

About the Position: As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day.

Available Shifts:

• Days: 7am - 7am
• Nights: 7pm – 7am
• Future opportunities for day shift - shift transfers available

Duties & Expectations on the Job:

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Earn Up to $21.00 per hour for day shift, and $22.00 per hour for night shift with perfect attendance
