Job summary

Sabert in Richmond, VA seeks a Press Operator to safely operate flexographic printing and printing/cutting equipment according to customer specifications. You will run orders, set up feeders, rolls, and dies, and ensure quality through monitoring speed, tension, and alignment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years as a Press Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes (flexographic) and basic measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing or printing/cutting machines per customer orders.
• Set up feeders, stackers, rolls, dies, and conveyors.
• Maintain quality and adjust speed, tension, alignment.
• Perform changeovers and report equipment issues.
• Complete documentation and comply with GMP and safety rules.
