Job summary

Sabert Corporation is seeking a Press Operator to safely operate flexographic printing and printing/cutting equipment. You will set up, changeover, adjust speeds, and monitor quality while following GMP, HACCP, PPE, LOTO, and JSA protocols.

Responsibilities include reading orders, loading materials, scanning transactions, and maintaining records. The role requires at least 2 years in a similar role and a high school diploma; Sabert offers robust health benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Press Operator or similar manufacturing role.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of flexographic printing and printing/cutting equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing or printing/cutting machines to meet production targets.
• Read and interpret job orders, set up feeders, die cuts, and conveyors.
• Adjust speed, tension, and alignment for quality and efficiency.
• Perform changeovers and material setup for new runs.
• Record data and complete required documentation.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping; ensure PPE and safety compliance.
