As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for the set‑up and high‑quality running on a Flexo press at an optimum speed without supervision.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be primarily in our climate‑controlled facility. The plant floor is subject to vibration and equipment noise leading to a loud environment. The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and might also be exposed to outside conditions, tight spaces, cleaning solvents and heights.
The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen.
This is a full‑time position on rotating 12‑hour shifts (daytime shifts 6am‑6pm; nighttime shifts 6pm‑6am). Days, nights, and hours may vary depending on assigned shift and production requirements. This position may require significant work hours beyond the normal workday based on the demands of the business cycle, customer volume of business.
Travel is not required for this position.
