Job summary

The Des Moines Register is seeking a Press Operator I to support on-time production and quality standards. You will handle press and computer-to-plate (CTP) operations across shifts, contributing to scheduling, staffing, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced print environment.

Prior press operator experience is preferred, with a minimum of 3 years as a lead or assistant supervisor; training will be provided where needed, and a $22.00/hour base rate plus a $2,250 sign-on bonus is offered.

• Willingness to train on press and CTP equipment.
• Ability to ensure on-time production with quality standards.
