Job summary

American Plastics, LLC in Kingman, AZ, is hiring a Production Operator to join a manufacturing team responsible for production, inspection and packaging of products. You will build retail storage and janitorial items and support line readiness on multiple shifts.

The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs (80 lbs with team lift), and adhering to safety and quality standards. Excellent communication is essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs and team lift up to 80 lbs.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN & AUTHORIZE BACKGROUND CHECK.

Responsibilities

• Run a safe, clean operation with zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specs and packing per customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply lines and packing areas with materials.
• Rotate presses every 2–3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

About the Position

As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in the production, inspection and packaging of every great product that leaves our facility. You will make retail storage and janitorial products that you and your neighbors rely on every day.

Available Shifts

• Days: 7am - 7pm
• Nights: 7pm – 7am

Duties & Expectations on the Job

• Run a safe, clean operation which promotes zero accidents.
• Lift and remove parts from conveyor line.
• Maintain product specifications and packing according to customer requests.
• Trim, assemble and pack parts.
• Supply the lines and packing/stage areas with required materials.
• Rotate presses every 2 to 3 hours.
• Work all scheduled shifts.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned by Management.

Compensation

Earn up to $21.00 per hour with perfect attendance.

Additional: $1.00 shift differential for night shift: 7pm to 7am
