Job summary

MatWorks in Dalton, GA is seeking a production operator to run the Heat Press machine, feed materials, and maintain safety and efficiency on the line.

You will verify materials, obtain schedules from the lead, and help keep workstations clean while meeting daily quotas. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a non-climate-controlled environment, with benefits provided.

Qualifications

1+ years working in a manufacturing setting.
Very proficient with computers.
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Possess reliable transportation.
Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.

Responsibilities

Operate the Heat Press machine and feed material into machinery.
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Obtain a production schedule from the lead.
Verify the material before feeding onto the Heat Press machine.
Produce quantity needed daily to meet quotas.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Perform other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead.

Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead
