MatWorks in Dalton, GA is seeking a Production Operator to load material, operate a Heat Press, verify schedules, and ensure daily quotas are met. You will lift up to 50 lbs and keep workstations clean and organized.

Qualifications include 1+ year in manufacturing, strong computer skills, multitasking ability, and reliable transportation. Training is provided and safety is emphasized on every shift.

• Produce required quantity daily to meet quotas.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Perform other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead.

Position Overview:

Qualified candidates will operate the Heat Press machine and feed material into machinery, and lift to 50 lbs.

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead


• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine


• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met


• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized


• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead
