Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking qualified operators to run the Heat Press machine, feed material, and lift up to 50 lbs. This role requires attention to safety and adherence to production schedules.

You will verify materials, maintain clean workstations, and perform tasks assigned by the production supervisor. Evening and weekend OT may be required to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years working in a manufacturing setting.
• Very proficient with computers.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Heat Press machine.
• Feed material into machinery.
• Lift to 50 lbs and handle loads.
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to meet quotas.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.

Position Overview:

• Obtain a production schedule from the lead
• Verify the material before feeding the materials onto the Heat Press machine
• Produce quantity needed on a daily basis to ensure quotas are met
• Make sure the workstations are clean and organized
• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead

Shift Hours/Days

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM OT Saturday 6AM-2PM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2PM-10PM OT Saturday 2PM-10PM
• 3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10PM-6AM OT Friday 10PM-6AM
