• *STARTING WAGE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE; TOP OUT WAGE OF $25.83
• * QUARTERLY BONUS
• * PTO AND 1 FLOATING HOLIDAY upon completion of 90-day probationary period
• * OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT IN TO SKILLED POSITIONS SUCH AS SETUP, LASER, WELDER, MACHINE ROOM, AUGER, ETC...

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
• Ensure that the machine is maintained for the highest level of productivity and quality
• Perform in-process inspections on components being produced
• Complete required logs and shop tracking cards
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
• BE ABLE TO MAKE PIECE RATE

*NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- TRAINING DONE ONSITE.
