Job summary

VAL-CO is seeking a Full-Time 2nd shift CNC Operator at our Bird in Hand facility. Training is provided, and no prior CNC experience is required as you will learn on the job operating production machines and performing in-process inspections.

We offer a starting wage of $18/hour with a $1.50 shift differential, PTO after 90 days, comprehensive benefits, a quarterly incentive bonus, and weekly pay to support our team members.

• No prior CNC experience required; training provided.
• Ability to perform in-process inspection of components.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operating production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Ensuring machines are maintained for highest level of productivity.
• Performing in-process inspection on components being produced.
• Consulting the supervisor or lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed.
• Ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area; performing machine adjustments when needed.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 2nd shift CNC Operator.

Little to no experience is needed and training will be provided for all CNC Operators.
