Job summary

Mountville Mills, Inc. is seeking a production worker to obtain schedules, verify materials, and produce daily quantities on the heat press line. You will keep workstations clean and follow directions from the lead to meet quotas.

The role offers three shifts with hourly pay and potential overtime, plus a benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) matching, and tuition support.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in manufacturing.
• Very proficient with computers.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision post-training.
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner.

• Any other duties assigned by the production supervisor or lead

Shift Hours

• 1st Shift is Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm ($14.00 an hour)
• 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 3pm- 11pm (14.50 an hour)
• 3rd Shift has two options: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm to 7 am OR Monday - Friday 11 pm to 7am ($15.00 an hour)
• Opportunities for overtime as needed
