Job summary

Aerotek is seeking Press Operators for an on-site position in Saline, MI, offering an immediate start and contract-to-hire opportunity. No extensive experience required; training is provided and there are opportunities for pay increases and long-term employment.

Work involves loading/unloading, quality checks, and finishing tasks on injection molding and press equipment. Shifts include C and D with varying hours, and the role is fully onsite with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from injection molding and press machines
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Trim, assemble, and complete secondary operations on parts as needed
• Safely operate production and assembly equipment
• Position inserts, hand loads, and workpieces for processing
• Remove completed products and prepare them for the next stage of production
• Perform visual quality inspections to identify defects or irregularities
• Complete finishing tasks such as trimming excess material, installing fasteners, and other quality-related operations

What You\'ll Do

C Shift

• Monday-Wednesday: 6:00 PM - 12:15 AM
• Rotating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM

D Shift

• Monday-Wednesday: 12:00 AM - 6:15 AM
• Rotating Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:15 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
