Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Press Operator in Crystal Lake, IL. The position offers a 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift, Monday through Friday, and pays $20.00–$25.00 per hour.

You’ll join a team that values reliability and quality as essential parts of keeping operations moving. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 3+ years’ Mark Andy press experience and strong measurement and color-detection skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Mark Andy press operating experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret measurements using a ruler or tape measure.
• Ability to distinguish colors, shades, and brightness variations accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs occasionally without assistance.
• Comfortable working around inks, chemicals, and occasional strong odors.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Strong troubleshooting, quality control, and communication skills.
