Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5+ years of Production experience.
• Experience mentoring and/or coaching Operators.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements.
• Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create the daily Press operations plan.
• Provide line leaders with daily start-up meeting information.
• Manage training needs of Press operators and line leaders.
• Verify raw material availability and report shortages.
• Monitor plant policies and procedures.
