Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3–7 years of Production experience
- Experience mentoring and/or coaching Operators
- Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
- Ability to use strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.
- International travel required for training
Responsibilities
- Train Operators on equipment and processes
- Assist Operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and determining corrections
- Identify training and development needs through conversations and observation
- Assist Manager with reviewing Operator performance
- Assist in development and updating training manuals
- Perform visual inspection of production for defects
- Monitor product for quality issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Get proper material to the required machine safely and efficiently
