Job summary

Inova Staffing is partnering with a leading manufacturer of water softener systems to hire Press Operators in Newbury, OH. This hands-on role offers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with pay ranging from $17 to $18 per hour, and potential temp-to-hire opportunities.

You'll operate press machines, load/unload materials, inspect parts for quality, and work with a team to keep production running smoothly. Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and follow safety guidelines is required.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• Press operator or manufacturing experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting 30-50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 11:00pm-7:30am
• Pay: $17-$18/hr
