Job Store Staffing is hiring a Press Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Louisville, CO area. You will operate installation presses, install PEM hardware, and ensure accuracy by following work orders and drawings.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to read production documents, with opportunities to gain valuable manufacturing experience. Expect a Monday–Friday 2nd shift with consistent weekly pay and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn PEM hardware, part numbers, and material applications.
• Comfort reading production drawings and following work orders.
• Safely operate manufacturing equipment with attention to safety.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Identify material types and gauges accurately.
• Experience with forklifts and basic hand tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate installation presses using the appropriate tooling.
• Install PEM hardware following work orders, drawings, and travelers.
• Program press controllers to ensure installation specs.
• Request Quality Assurance inspections for first article parts.
• Scan work orders at start and completion using E2 system.
• Read blueprints and production docs to ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to safely move and handle large parts.

Press Operator - 2nd Shift Louisville, CO | $20.00/hour

Job Store Staffing is hiring a Press Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Louisville, CO area.

Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate installation presses using the appropriate tooling.
• Install the correct PEM hardware by following work orders, drawings, and travelers.
• Program press controllers to ensure proper installation specifications.
• Request Quality Assurance inspections for first article parts.
• Scan work orders at the start and completion of each job using the E2 software system.
• Read blueprints and production documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
• Work collaboratively with team members to safely move and handle large parts.
