Inova Staffing is partnering with a water-softener manufacturer in Newbury, Ohio, to hire Assemblers on all shifts. You’ll assemble valves and components with clear instructions, using basic hand tools and power tools as needed.

Ideal candidates show good hand-eye coordination, follow directions well, and stay reliable in a fast-paced, team-first environment. This temp-to-hire position offers health benefits and potential for advancement.

Now Hiring Assemblers - All Shifts Available! Newbury, OH | $17-$18/hr | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts

Looking for a steady job where you can build something every day (literally)? Inova Staffing is teaming up with an industry leader in water softeners - and they want YOU to join their crew!

What You'll Do:

• Assemble valves and components (don' t worry, full instructions provided).
• Use basic hand tools and power tools to put pieces together.
• Keep production moving while paying attention to the details.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-first environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Assembly or manufacturing experience = a plus (but not required).
• Good hand-eye coordination & ability to follow directions.
• Comfort standing, bending, lifting (30- 50 lbs).
• Reliability- show up ready to work and you're halfway there!

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st: 6: 00am- 2: 30pm
• 2nd: 2: 00pm- 10: 30pm
• 3rd: 9: 30pm- 6: 00am
• Pay: $17-$18/hr
