Press Brake Operator

Location: Willoughby, OH

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday, 6: 00 AM- 4: 30 PM

Pay: $18+/hr, based on experience

Schedule: 4-day workweek with overtime opportunities on Fridays

Position Overview

Inova Staffing is seeking a Press Brake Operator for our client in Willoughby. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and be comfortable working with CNC and mechanical press brakes, tooling, and precision measuring equipment. This is NOT an entry level position, must have prior experience operating CNC press brake

Responsibilities

• Setup and operation of CNC and mechanical press brakes
• Produce carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts according to customer drawings and specifications
• Read customer drawings and understand measurements and tolerances
• Use measuring tools and gauges to inspect finished parts
• Monitor parts for quality and report any discrepancies or machine/tooling issues
• Record production time, quantities, scrap, and materials used
• Perform light machine and tooling maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety requirements
