Job summary

Employ-Temps Staffing Services is seeking hardworking individuals for Entry-Level Press Operators in Salem, Ohio. No prior experience required; this is a great chance to start a career in manufacturing. You’ll run press machines, inspect parts, and assist with packaging in a supportive environment.

Shift is 1st, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed. Pay is $12.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, direct deposit, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to set up, operate, and adjust press machines (dies, tooling, speeds).
• Basic blueprint reading and use of measuring tools (calipers, gauges, micrometers).
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and identify defects.

Hours:
1st Shift, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday, with overtime as needed

Pay:
$12.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 2-handed press machines
• Check part quality during production
• Perform packaging of finished products

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to set up, operate, and adjust press machines (dies, tooling, speeds)

Nice to Have Skills:
