Job summary

New England Precision, INC. in Randolph, Vermont is seeking full-time, dependable Press Operators to join our production team.

We welcome experienced operators and are willing to train the right candidate who shows a strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity. You will set up and operate mechanical or hydraulic stamping presses, load materials, monitor runs, inspect parts for quality, and maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or press operation experience preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.

Position: Press Operator

Shift: 1st and 2nd shifts available

Pay: Competitive wages at or above industry standard & based on experience

• Set up and operate mechanical and/or hydraulic stamping presses.
