Job summary

DRT Aerospace, LLC is seeking a Press Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team in a climate-controlled facility. You will operate press and forming equipment, load materials, monitor output, and perform basic quality checks while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

No aerospace experience is required as hands-on training is provided; opportunities for growth into setup, CNC machining, quality, and leadership roles exist within a stable aerospace manufacturing environment.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, or general labor preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate press, stamping, forming, and tube bending equipment.
• Load raw materials and remove finished parts from machines.
• Monitor machine performance and production output.
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks.
• Use calipers, gauges, and measurement tools.
• Complete production paperwork and quality documentation.
• Support tooling changes and basic machine adjustments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Pay: Weekly & Competitive Pay + Shift Differential + Day 1 Benefits & 401K. Shift: 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM | Monday–Thursday. Friday Overtime Available (Not Mandatory).
