Jobot in Sidney, Ohio, is seeking a Press Operator for aerospace and precision manufacturing. You will read blueprints, set up production orders, adjust tooling, and run jobs from start to finish in a safety-first shop.

The role requires 5+ years of press experience, strong metrology skills, fluent English, and the ability to troubleshoot. Shift is 4pm–4:30am, Monday-Thursday, with a benefits package including 401(k) match and comprehensive medical plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 5 years of press operation or closely related manufacturing experience.
• Strong blueprint reading ability.
• Experience setting up and adjusting tooling.
• Operation of basic metrology instruments: calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges.
• Math skills: decimals, fractions, and basic formulas.
• Fluent in English to interpret manufacturing documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues independently.
• Standing, walking, bending throughout shift; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; strong visual acuity and attention to detail.
