Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Press Operator for Aerospace Manufacturing. You will manufacture aerospace hardware using ASC presses, inspect, document, and assist with setup and maintenance. Roles offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts with direct hire from day one.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior press/manufacturing experience is preferred, and a reliable team player attitude is essential.

• Press, fabrication, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture aerospace hardware using manual and programmable ASC presses.

• Use pneumatic and hand tools including grinders, DA sanders, files, and drills.
• Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, pyrometers, and scales.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Assist with equipment setup, minor maintenance, and scheduled 6-S cleaning.
