Amcor is seeking a Press Helper/Assistant in Asheville, NC to support the press department by setting up materials per work orders and following safety and quality procedures.

You will work closely with the Press Operator, assist with set ups, paperwork, ink handling, and inventory of supplies while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies. This is an entry-level role with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Competenze

• 1 year working in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flex hours to support multi-shift operation.
• Basic measurement, math, reading and writing skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift continuously for up to 12 hours.

Mansioni

• Assist with setup and preparation of materials per work order.
• Support press department operations and safety procedures.
• Label, palletize finished rolls, and stock supplies.
• Assist Press Operator with set ups and paperwork.
• Maintain ink levels and quality standards.
