Job summary

Bosch is seeking a Machine Operator I for the Press Brake on 1st shift to produce sheet metal parts to blueprint tolerances. You will run the Auto/Two machines, inspect parts, and log yields in MES while maintaining a clean, safe 5S workspace.

The role requires basic math, blueprint reading, and the ability to operate associated equipment. A high school diploma is required, with brazing training considered a plus and safety compliance emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Familiar with decimals, fractions and scales.
• Completed in-plant Brazer training if brazing is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate press brake and related equipment to fabricate sheet metal parts.
• Inspect parts for conformance to drawings and tolerances.
• Record production data in MES and production log at the machine.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in a 5S environment.
• Follow safety procedures and report any hazards immediately.
