Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group in Norman (OK) is seeking a Machine Operator I – Press Brake, 2nd Shift, to operate press brakes and fabricate sheet metal parts to tight tolerances. You will inspect parts, read blueprints, enter production data into MES, and maintain a clean 5S workspace while following safety procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required; braze/Shear training may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Use of decimals, fractions and scales.
• Complete in plant Brazer training course (if brazing is required).

Responsibilities

• Operate press brakes to fabricate sheet metal parts within close tolerances.
• Inspect parts and report discrepancies.
• Enter yield and production data into MES and production log at the machine.
• Maintain a 5S work area and follow safety procedures.
