WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team in Michigan. You will operate press brake machines to produce components that meet customer specifications and company standards, following work instructions and safety protocols.

In this role you will set up tooling, read blueprints, run quality checks, and record data in our ERP system. The position offers steady work with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of press brake experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and detailed work instructions.
• Change tooling, ram position, ram speed, and backstop position as needed.
• Record production and scrap data in ERP system (Plex).
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Communicate any production issues to supervisors or team leads.
• Follow daily production schedules and meet performance goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
