The Goals And Challenges Of This Role

  • Operation of a Press Brake to form steel components for application in heavy industrial, energy, and defense industries.
  • Understand and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Operate overhead cranes and material handling equipment.
  • Conduct dimensional inspections of parts and check for quality requirements.
  • Adhere to lean manufacturing initiatives, work instructions, quality requirements, and safety programs.
  • Maintain proper operator level preventive maintenance to ensure continuous machine operation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Should Bring To This Role

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience on CNC Press Brakes.
  • Tape Measure and basic math skills.
  • Overhead crane and towmotor experience preferred.
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry preferred.
