Position Overview

This role offers comprehensive training for candidates interested in a hands-on manufacturing position. The successful candidate will be mechanically inclined, possess strong math skills, and be eager to learn.

Responsibilities

1. Set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in production.
2. Follow process sheets and verbal or written instructions from supervisors.
3. Verify product quality at designated intervals and ensure accuracy of work.
4. Perform in-process inspections and maintain equipment.
5. Adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
• Basic math skills, including converting fractions to decimals.
• Experience with measuring tools such as dial calipers and micrometers.

• Location: Middleburg Heights, OH (Greater Cleveland area)
• Shifts: First shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), Second shift (Mon-Thu, 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., with shift premium)
