Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions for production processes.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficiency with measuring devices and documentation.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and records.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Must pass a physical examination (vision, hearing, mobility).
• Demonstrated reliable work history and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production equipment for operation and assist with changeovers.
• Maintain quality standards by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections.
• Assist in training others on procedures and best practices.
• Operate press brake, troubleshoot process issues and adjust equipment.
• Maintain production operations, including materials and finished goods.
• Adhere to preventative maintenance policies and report issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisor on assignments.
• Perform other duties to support production goals.
