Responsibilities include equipment preparation, inspections, training others, and collaborating with the team to meet production goals. Must read instructions, perform basic math, and maintain precise documentation.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Read and comprehend written instructions.
• Basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of using measuring devices.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.
• Demonstrated reliable work history.
• Must be detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Equipment Preparation: Prepare production equipment by making setup adjustments and assisting with changeovers.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections and analyze data to meet specifications.
• Training: Assist in training others on procedures and best practices.
• Machine Operation: Operate press brake, adjust settings, and report data to supervisor.
• Operational Maintenance: Maintain equipment, materials, and finished goods; report changes.
• Preventative Maintenance: Follow maintenance policies and report needed repairs.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe, clean working environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team to achieve production goals.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
