Paycom - ATS is seeking a Forming Operator to run panel bending equipment and form precision sheet metal parts. You will interpret blueprints, adjust tooling and programs, and ensure quality through measurement with calipers and gauges.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to safety in a hands-on manufacturing environment with opportunities to improve processes and learn CNC-related skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate panel bending equipment to produce sheet metal parts.
  • Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and job instructions.
  • Adjust machine settings, tooling, and programs to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues.
  • Record production, downtime, and quality information.
  • Work with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
