Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Press Brake Operator in Pembroke, NH, for a steady day shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend and form metal parts, interpret blueprints, and ensure quality.

You will handle tooling, measure parts with calipers and micrometers, and work safely with lifts up to 70 lbs. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of CNC press brake experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using calipers and micrometers.

• Experience in sheet metal or related industries preferred.
• Ability to work independently with attention to quality.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or punch metals
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to complete jobs accurately
• Select and install tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure precision alignment
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools
• Perform rework or fitting adjustments on pieces that fail inspection
• Handle and move materials safely, occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or similar CNC machinery
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Hands‑on experience using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs
• Experience in sheet metal, food processing, or sanitary manufacturing industries preferred
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining quality and accuracy
