100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Press Brake Operator for 1st or 2nd shift in Oshkosh, WI. Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts according to blueprints and schedules.

The role requires blueprint reading, tooling selection, and precise machine adjustments. You will monitor quality, perform inspections, perform routine maintenance, and work with a team to meet production goals. • Previous press brake operating experience required.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specs.
• Strong math, measurements and bend calculations.
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality.
• Identify and correct quality issues during production.
• Work independently or in a team in a fast-paced shop.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
