This position ensures production goals are met during second shift operations by safely and efficiently operating press brake machinery. The operator is responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up equipment, and making precise adjustments to produce high-quality finished parts.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential to maintaining product integrity, equipment performance, and workplace safety. This role is key to delivering consistent, accurate metal fabrications on schedule.

The ability to interpret blueprints and accurately set up press brake machinery is essential for producing precision-formed metal components. Strong attention to detail ensures consistent quality and allows for timely adjustments during production.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills support equipment reliability and help minimize downtime. Preferred CNC programming knowledge enhances efficiency and expands capability on advanced equipment. Communication and teamwork skills are important for coordinating with supervisors and production staff to meet deadlines safely and effectively.
