Qualifications
- Previous press brake operating experience required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specs.
- Strong math, measurements and bend calculations.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality.
- Identify and correct quality issues during production.
- Work independently or in a team in a fast-paced shop.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts.
- Read blueprints, technical drawings, work orders and schedules.
- Select tooling and adjust machines for accuracy.
- Monitor quality and make corrections as needed.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional and quality compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team to meet goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
