100Hires, Inc. seeks a skilled Press Brake operator in Dallas, TX to set up, operate, and tend brake presses to form metal or plastic parts. You will read blueprints, measure parts, adjust dies, and ensure quality per specifications.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of press brake experience with Amada, Cincinnati, or Trumpf machines, plus strong attention to accuracy and safety. This is a hands-on role requiring clear communication and teamwork on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in set up, operating, or tending Press Brake machines.
• Knowledge of product conversion principles and shop floor practices.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic material.
• Examine completed work pieces for defects and sort defective pieces accordingly.
• Measure work pieces to verify conformance to specifications using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, or rulers.
• Read work orders to determine materials, locations of cutting lines, and tolerances.
• Position guides, stops, and fixtures; load work pieces; adjust ram strokes; monitor operations; record data.
