Job summary

Orthman Conveying Systems is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator in Cleburne, TX to join our fabrication team. You will manufacture precision metal components for conveyor systems and custom projects.

You will read blueprints, set up CNC press brakes, measure parts with calipers, and coordinate with welders and machinists to meet customer deadlines in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC press brake machines preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read measuring devices accurately.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Select tooling and machine settings for each job.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Measure parts using calipers, angle gauges, and tape measures.
• Make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Move materials safely using cranes and forklifts (training provided).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with welders and machinists to meet deadlines.
