Adecco is seeking a dependable Press Attendant to support molding operations in Robbinsville, NJ. This role keeps molding machines supplied with materials, monitors grinders and material systems, and assists with color changes.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing or material handling experience, is comfortable in a physically demanding environment, and can follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining a clean, safe production area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Experience using basic hand tools preferred.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsabilités

• Keep molding machines supplied with the correct resin and materials.
• Review material settings at the beginning of each shift.
• Make routine rounds to molding presses to ensure grinders operate properly.
• Clean hoppers, loaders, and grinders during material changes.
• Install new materials and assist with color changes.
• Set and calibrate color feeders as required.
• Clean presses and surrounding areas after material changes.
• Return unused materials to storage locations.
• Replace full material containers and move empties.
• Remove full finished-parts and scrap containers and replace with empties.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Follow established safety and environmental procedures.
• Perform additional production duties as assigned.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Press Attendant to support molding operations in Robbinsville, NJ. This position is responsible for keeping molding machines supplied with the correct materials, monitoring grinders and material systems, and assisting with material and color changes.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment and has previous production, warehouse, material handling, or machine operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep molding machines supplied with the correct resin and materials

• Review material settings at the beginning of each shift

• Make routine rounds to molding presses to ensure grinders are operating properly

• Clean hoppers, loaders, and grinders during material changes

• Install new materials and assist with color changes

• Set and calibrate color feeders as required

• Clean presses and surrounding areas following material or color changes

• Return unused materials to designated storage locations

• Replace full material containers and move empty containers as needed

• Remove full finished-parts and scrap containers and replace them with empties

• Maintain a clean and organized production area

• Follow established safety and environmental procedures

• Perform additional production duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching

• Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout an 8-hour shift

• Comfortable working around moving machinery, plastic dust, fumes, chemicals, and moderate manufacturing noise

This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, production, machine operation, molding, warehouse, or material handling experience who is comfortable in a hands-on and physically active role.

Pay Details: $21.75 per hour
