Job summary

4over, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Press Assistant for the 1st shift. The role supports press operators in setup, feeding materials, and maintaining print quality. Must have at least 1 year in a fast-paced production environment and a High School Diploma or GED.

Salary ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 hourly. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–6:30 PM or similar, with potential training at other times. This is a full-time, on-site position in a climate-controlled plant with safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience of working within a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist press operators in setting up, adjusting, and maintaining printing presses.
• Load and unload paper, ink, and other materials onto the press, ensuring stock is properly aligned and ready for printing.
• Monitor print runs for quality, ensuring color consistency, proper alignment, and overall print quality.
• Assist in mixing ink and maintaining proper ink levels for consistent color reproduction throughout production runs.
• Identify minor technical issues with the press and assist in troubleshooting under guidance.
• Clean presses, rollers, and other equipment regularly to ensure optimal printing conditions.
• Prepare materials for upcoming jobs and organize job orders.
