Job summary

Double H Plastics, Inc. is seeking a Press Helper in Warminster to assist in running the printing press and maintain daily operations in the production area.

The role requires adherence to IQMS scheduling, basic knowledge of paper handling, inventory control, and the ability to move heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Candidates should be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adhere to the IQMS schedule.
• Load and unload skids into the delivery and feeder section of the press.
• Manage all waste sheets coming from the press.
• Properly run and maintain the feeder section of press.
• Move finished and unfinished skids to next staging area and scan.
• Properly clean, store and inventory metal printing plates.
• Make sure all ink and water levels are maintained.
• Complete production forms and paperwork.
• Clean and maintain a safe and organized work area.
• All other assigned duties.

Position Purpose:Assist in running the Printing press

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and adhere to the I.Q.M.S. schedule
• Load and unload skids into the delivery and feeder section of the Press

Experience Required:

• Must have knowledge of paper handling
• Must have knowledge of inventory control

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high speed equipment
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Must be efficient in multi tasking.
