Job summary

Pitney Bowes Presort Services is hiring a Direct Hire Full Time Warehouse Presort Associate 3 for our Phoenix, AZ facility. 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 10:00 pm - 6:00 am) with a base rate of $20.75/hr plus $1.50/hr shift premium, totaling $22.25/hr.

Lead and supervise production staff in presort operations, ensure QA with QMS procedures, and coordinate training for new hires. You will support reporting and timing to meet postal deadlines while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of lead role experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse operations and supervising production staff.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret USPS regulations and general business materials.
• Ability to prepare reports and present information to groups of managers and staff.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign workers to equipment and duties; set up machines and verify quality with QMS procedures.
• Oversee production and personnel issues; communicate with Supervisor.
• Train new employees and conduct orientation and certification programs as scheduled.
• Provide feedback and reporting on training status; assist in meeting postal deadlines.
