Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a Warehouse Production Supervisor for its Presort Services facility in Charlotte, NC. The role oversees production workers on the 3rd shift (Tue–Sat, 12:30 AM–9:30 AM EST) with a salary of $67,000 and a 6% annual bonus.

You’ll report to the Operations Manager and help meet postal deadlines while managing staffing and quality controls. Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a USPS-regulated setting and 2 years of production/mailing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in areas with USPS requirements (presort, mailroom or related).
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing industry environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage production workers on designated shift and supervise staffing, training, and performance.
• Oversee quality function and ensure Total Quality Management processes are followed.
• Assist in USPS and internal reporting; ensure accurate job costing and compliance with USPS regulations.
• Communicate clearly between shifts to maintain workflow and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment usage and worker motivation.
