Responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of the mail prior to processing and before dispatch.
• Ensure mail has correct dates, weights, zip codes and is not stuck together.
• Assist with presort and machine operating tasks as needed.
• Coordinate drivers to ensure deliveries are completed on time.
• Monitor drivers in/out for Post Office routes and schedule adherence.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external customers regarding orders.
• Assist in Metering, Bulk mail, or Barcode departments between deliveries.
• Review pickup slips for piece counts and report to Job Cost Administrator.
• Promote a clean, safe work area to prevent injuries.
• Perform any additional duties as required.
