Wonderful Citrus is seeking a Production Supervisor to direct and control the work process at the Mission, California facility. The role trains new employees, interprets policies, and coordinates scheduling, start and end times, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will oversee production activities, maintain a clean and safe area, enforce all safety regulations, and fairly apply personnel policies while keeping supervisors informed of progress and issues.

• Evaluates work and recommends disciplinary actions.
• Keeps supervisor informed of schedules and progress.
• Supervises workers and coordinates activities.
• Listens to employee grievances and enforces safety rules.
