Job summary

Bee Sweet Citrus, Inc. is seeking a high-level supervisor to manage a fresh citrus packing line in California.

You will oversee sorting and packing of over one million cartons, supervise packers, graders and labor, and operate state-of-the-art sorting equipment. Responsibilities include optimizing productive time, training staff, ensuring compliance with laws and policies, reporting to leadership, managing fruit inventory, and guiding the packing house to maximize productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a packing/production setting.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee line supervisors for packers, graders, and labor.
• Supervise machinery to ensure production line efficiency.
• Train and develop labor force for success in their roles.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Provide daily reporting to upper management and sales teams.
